I loved this book. I read it in 2012 on vacation while recovering from surgery and couldn't go swimming. This book made my vacation so much better. Erin Morgenstern is a brilliant writer. Her second book, The Starless Sea, is pretty cool too; very mystical. I wish they would make a movie out of Night Circus and Starless Sea, but I'm unsure of Ms Morgenstern's wishes regarding adaptations of her novels. Still, would be cool to see the Night Circus come alive on the screen; would totally win special effects awards, and likely awards for a soundtrack. I think good composers for it would be Thomas Newman and Danny Elfman; they are pretty awesome composers. Nice list. It fits with the book's themes.

Definitely gonna listen to this when I read the carnival series
